Guarantee periods vary by product. Most of our windows and doors carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years. We’ll provide the specific guarantee terms for your chosen products during your home survey.
Our workmanship guarantee covers defects in the installation itself — for example, if windows or doors develop faults directly attributable to the way they were fitted rather than a product defect. Contact us and we’ll arrange a visit to assess and rectify any issues.
Sealed unit failure (misting between the panes) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the relevant period. Contact our aftercare team and we’ll arrange a replacement visit.
